Adlib is delighted to announce the acquisition of d3 Audio & Visual, an experienced AV integrator specialising in deploying innovative solutions in Corporate and Hospitality sectors and Houses of Worship. The addition will bolster Adlib’s AV installation capabilities while providing d3 and its customers access to the company’s wider support network and key industry partners.
Founded in 2005 in Perth, Scotland, by Marc Heath and Andy McCully, d3 Audio & Visual has quickly gained a reputation for uncompromising attention to detail and seamless integration of AV technology into various business sectors. Characterised by their focus on excellent end-user experience, the Perth-based company has an impressive portfolio of AV solutions throughout the UK, including hospitality suites of world-famous sporting venues like Old Trafford and Silverstone.
“We’re happy to welcome Marc and Andy into the Adlib family,” said Adlib Director, John Hughes. “We were always impressed by their expertise, particularly when deploying collaboration solutions using Extron or AMX products. So, when an opportunity arose to strike a deal, it was an obvious decision. I’m confident that through this acquisition, we’ll be able to take our mutual Installation offering to the next level,” he added.
Going forward, Marc Heath, Andy McCully, and Irinel Prodan will join Adlib’s Installation Team to continue to serve their customers with additional technical expertise and strong relationships with manufacturers, including the likes of Q-Sys, L-Acoustics, Sennheiser, and Allen & Heath.
“Partnering with Adlib feels like a natural progression for us”, commented Marc. “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we are thrilled to continue to serve them with enhanced support backed by a company with nearly four decades of experience. They share our ethos and are great to work with, so we’re excited to join them and continue our journey together,” he concluded.
