A flexible studio for pre-production and filming.

Not really, it’s a pre-production space that is ideally suited for building elements of set / stage and proving technical show elements. Noise is our biggest issue as we are on an Industrial Estate and attached to Adlib’s offices. However, the space has been used by EDM / DJ Artists for show rehearsals quite effectively as we can turn the volume down!

Yes, as long as the show fits in the space. We can easily accommodate “Academy” or large theatre sized shows. Arena work can be a bit of a challenge and may require being built in sections.

We have the ability to isolate when requested our detection system so a big YES to Smoke and Haze. It’s also a YES for Lasers as long as they are used in accordance with an associated set of RAMS. It is a NO, however, to the use of Pyro.

Yes – we have a kitchen facility that you are able to use, or we can bring in external catering services if you require.

We are really fortunate to have 2 hotels within walking distances of our location. These are The Suites Hotel and the Holiday Inn Express. Other facilities like restaurants, supermarkets and cinema etc are approx. 10 min drive away.

Yes of course, but please note, this isn’t really a rehearsal space.
