On Monday 26 February, the live events production industry got together for the Total Production International (TPi) Awards 2018, held at Battersea Evolution, London which was presented by actor and comedian Russell Kane.
The biggest industry night of the year attracted over 1400 people from all avenues of the live music and entertainment technology business, who together celebrated the technical and creative achievements of live productions and events over the preceding twelve months.
Adlib was nominated alongside other highly respected UK and European companies and won the award for the second time in 3 years. Adlib’s Managing Director Andy Dockerty stated “We are truly shocked and honoured to have won this award twice in three years which is an exceptional achievement. To have once again been recognised as Favourite Sound Rental Company is humbling considering the competition. I can only attribute this success to the wonderful team of people that provide the service that we do. Anyone can own equipment, it is how it is presented and more importantly who it is presenting it to our clients that is important. I believe we have a helpful friendly team throughout every element of the infrastructure, a team I am personally very proud of.”
