Primary Role
Assisting Warehouse Manager, Project Managers and Technicians in day to day operations including the prep, dispatch, return and de-prep of all equipment.
Main Responsibilities
- Prep & De-prep of equipment
- Maintaining equipment standards
- Loading & Unloading of vehicles
- Ensuring all operational processes are adhered to (in line with other sites)
- Scheduling and monitoring of any safety testing that may be necessary
- Scheduling and monitoring of any necessary software updates
- Upholding Health & Safety Standards
- Maintenance of the warehouse fixtures & fittings
- Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse layout and general housekeeping
Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
- Report faults, damages or missing equipment
Deputy Responsibilities
- Cover of same duties for other Warehouse Operatives in their absence
