Primary Role

This role will involve working alongside the Sales & Integration team, delivering the various projects and installations being undertaken across the UK. It will include ensuring that projects are delivered safely and completed to the high standards of quality expected by our clients. The role will also involve collaborating with project managers on larger, more complex projects to ensure successful delivery. The ability to multitask is essential in order to work on multiple projects, coordinate with site teams, attend client design and project meetings, and liaise with internal Adlib teams, providing support in design, logistics, and procurement. Knowledge of multiple disciplines, including stage lighting, audio, and video systems, will be required for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing medium and smaller scale projects, including completion of all project-related documentation such as health and safety documents, quality assurance documents, and site organisational documents
  • Collaborating with project managers on the delivery of larger, more complex projects and ensuring the completion of all project-related documentation
  • Working closely with clients to maintain effective communication and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process
  • Supervising other members of the project team, such as onsite engineers and support staff, to oversee site workflow and ensure proper installation of equipment
  • Ensuring that health and safety systems are in place and adhered to by all relevant parties
  • Managing project timescales to ensure that design, procurement, and installation phases are completed within agreed timelines
  • Handling the commercial aspects of medium and smaller-scale projects, ensuring that procured and manufactured items stay within budget and are delivered on time
  • Collaborating with various Adlib teams on the project, including logistics and administration support teams, technical applications teams, and other teams within the organisation
  • Involvement in projects that may require working away for periods to attend meetings and occasionally being on-site to assist in commissioning, completion, and handover of projects
  • Will involve working on projects across the UK and staying away from home at times during the course of these projects

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient IT skills, including proficiency in Office/Outlook/Microsoft 365 applications
  • Additional skills in Microsoft Project software are desirable
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate CAD software from Autodesk or Vectorworks applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Must hold a CSCS card for construction projects

Experience

  • Knowledge of professional audio, video, or lighting equipment components and systems, with a reasonable understanding of all these disciplines
  • Previous experience in a similar role managing medium and smaller-scale projects in an integration and installation capacity
  • Experience in developing health and safety documentation for construction projects and independent integration projects
  • Experience in managing a team of junior team members and setting a positive example
  • Experience in reading and interpreting design information, such as drawings and equipment/cabling schedules
