Primary Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team and run our rigging warehouse. As the head of the rigging warehouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organisation, maintenance, and coordination of all rigging equipment within our warehouse.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
- Oversee all Prep & De-prep of rigging department
- Maintain pre agreed equipment standards
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Schedue and monitor of any testing that may be necessary
- Supervise the receiving, inventorying, and dispatching of rigging equipment.
- Uphold Health & Safety Standards
- Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse layout
Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and present
- Report faults, damages or missing equipment
Deputy Responsibilities
- Implement and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency
