Primary Role
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to play a key role in managing our Lighting department’s cutting-edge equipment inventory. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our rental assets, from recording new gear in our asset management system to coordinating purchases, rotations, and equipment movement. Your attention to detail and problem solving will ensure seamless logistics, with accurate lists and updates delivered to the Warehouse team. Be a vital part of ensuring our lighting gear is always ready to shine in the spotlight!
Main Responsibilities
- Managing rental asset records
- Assisting Account and Project Managers with accurate equipment lists for prep
- Recording equipment purchases and managing stocktakes
- Overseeing stock rotation and identifying equipment shortfalls
- Booking sub-hires and coordinating equipment logistics
- Creating detailed equipment lists for warehouse prep based on project needs
- Providing rental software training and troubleshooting
- Processing non-conformance and equipment fault reports
